One frequent problem is that passwords and log in names for the site are case sensitive. Please make sure that you have typed both in exactly as supplied originally.
Click the request new password link (to be found on the home page underneath the log in details box). You will then be able to enter your e-mail address and have your new password e-mailed to you instantly.
Several things may have happened here. Firstly, did you enter the correct email address when you registered? The password may take up to one hour to be sent to your email address.
Secondly, it is possible that you failed to complete the registration process, try re-registering. It is also possible that the email was sent, but was filtered out by your spam filter. Check your junk mail box to see if it is there.
To change your password once you've logged in, click onto my account and then click onto the edit bar at the top of your account details. Key in your new password in the box provided and then key it in again in the confirm password box. Press submit to save the changes and your new password will have been saved.
